Your images and input
Only process images you have the right to use. Image conversion occurs locally, but local processing does not grant permission to reproduce someone else’s work. You are responsible for how you use and share the output.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the site’s security;
- misrepresent the site, its tools, or its editorial content as your own service;
- automatically republish substantial portions of the curated database or guides.
No guarantee of identical rendering
Unicode characters, spacing, clipboard behavior, and downloads can vary by browser, font, operating system, and destination app. Test important output in the place where it will be used.
Availability and changes
Features may be corrected, changed, or removed. The site is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every character or browser feature will work on every device.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kaomoji List is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of the site or generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
